Mr Charles Farrugia, Head of the National Archives of Malta, presented the project at the The Specialist Repositories Group (SRG) Conference in Bristol, England.
Mr Farrugia held a presentation called "Benefits of Networking: the APEnet case study", concerning the APEnet project.
Text from SRG web: "The benefits of networking on a project like this included funding for cataloguing and digitizing of collections especially for archives with limited budgets. There was also the opportunity to co-operate with European colleagues and understand issues faced by archivists in different countries."
